Sayer Pinto

Water Resources Analyst

Sayer has been with Western since August of 2014, she earned her Master of Business Administration in December of 2020, and she and her husband welcomed their first baby in February of 2021. Sayer and her family enjoy dog walks, exercise, and cooking. As a long-time southern California commuter, Sayer enjoys music, podcasts, and audiobooks.

Administrative Assistant 

Thomas started with the Western in 2014. Throughout his time with Western, Thomas has received his Building Operator Certificate, assisted with the production of Western informational videos, and lends a helping hand with internal and external events. Being a musician, Thomas enjoys traveling around the U.S. performing in new cities as often as possible. In his spare time, Thomas collects comic books, vinyl records, and VHS tapes.
