At Western, we strive to remain transparent and educate our customers about what to expect during proposed changes to your bill. We know water and wastewater (sewer) rates, water budgets and interpreting a bill can be confusing, which is why Western is committed to accurately and consistently keeping you informed through two-way communication opportunities.
Western offered a variety of ways to meet with us to learn about the 2021 rate adjustment process and proposal. Due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, meetings were hosted virtually. We invite you to review the meeting and workshop recordings and materials. New rates were adopted by Western's Board of Directors on Wednesday, June 2, 2021.

Western offered public workshops to provide the Board of Directors, customers and stakeholders the opportunity to hear staff proposals and discuss recommendations related to a recent cost of service study for water and wastewater (sewer) services.

Western-hosted residential customer information sessions
Western takes pride in our ability to educate and engage with our customers. Western hosted several virtual customer information sessions beginning in April 2021. These meetings provided an opportunity for customers, stakeholders and various local community groups to learn about the proposed water and sewer rate changes.
