Sign-up for AutoPay through Western's online billing system.
Western customers can pay their water bill automatically each month using AutoPay. AutoPay is a free service that allows you to have your monthly water bill automatically paid from your bank account or charged to your credit card.
With AutoPay, you’ll continue to receive a billing statement for your records. This billing statement will arrive at the normal billing time, showing the date and amount that will be deducted from your bank account or charged to your credit card on the bill’s due date. Your payment will be clearly itemized on your monthly statement from your financial institution.
To enroll in AutoPay, visit Western's online billing system, register or login to your account and complete the AutoPay section.

You can access your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our pay-by-phone system.
You can check your account balance, due date and make a payment by check or credit card. To access the pay-by-phone system, call 951.571.7104 and select Option 1. You will need your account number to access your account.
This option is currently unavailable as a result of office closures in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Pay your bill in person at our Administration Building located at 14205 Meridian Parkway in Riverside.
Western's Administration Building is open Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Pay your bill in person at one of our remote payment locations.
You can pay your bill at a local 7-11 storefront.
Drop off your payment in Western's secure drop box.
Payments may be dropped off at our convenient drop box located outside our Administration Building located at 14205 Meridian Parkway in Riverside.
