If you're a Western water customer, here's news for you...

REBATE PROGRAMS

Save water and dollars in your home by replacing appliances, like toilets, clothes washers and irrigation controllers with water conserving models.
Each rebate incentive has certain criteria that MUST be met in order to qualify. Please read the rebate application thoroughly.

  • Participants must be Western retail water customers in good standing.

The High Efficiency Clothes Washer (HECW) Rebate is a $110. In order to qualify for the rebate, the washer must have a water factor of 6.0 or less. To view the most current list of all washers washers, click here. Please note - washer purchases made as of July 1, 2008 must have a water factor of 5.0 or less to qualify.

The High Efficiency Toilet (HET) rebate provides a $165 rebate for replacing a non-conserving toilet from a home built prior to 1994, with a high efficiency model (1.3 gallons per flush or less). Or, upgrade an existing ultra low-flush toilet (1.6 gallons per flush) with a high efficiency model and get a $30 rebate.

The Weather-Based Irrigation Controller (WBIC) allows you to adjust your watering schedules and run times with changing weather conditions. Customers can receive an $80 rebate for replacing older irrigation controllers. If properly installed and maintained, water costs may be reduced by as much as 20 percent. For more WBIC details and a list weather-based irrigation controllers, click here.

NEW REBATES!

Western also offers the Rotating Sprinkler Nozzle for Pop-up Spray Heads rebate! Replace your sprinkler nozzles with these low-precipitation rate nozzles to help reduce run-off and irrigate more efficiently. The nozzles are available in both male and female threads. Each nozzle is eligible for a $4 rebate.
