Drippy's
DROPS
Kids and parents, check this out! A page just for you. Here,
at Drippy's DROPS, you'll discover amazing things about water.

Enjoy your first drop!
The Earth has three different kinds of water - salt water;
fresh water in glaciers and polar ice caps; and surface (rivers,
lakes and streams) and ground water (underground). Water is
the second most plentiful substance on the face of the Earth
with air taking the top spot. But, there's not a lot of fresh
water, and it's sometimes hard to get to.
Drippy's challenge to you today is to answer this question
how
much of Earth's water is a) salt water b) fresh water in glaciers
and polar ice caps and c) fresh ground or surface water from
lakes, rivers and streams. Look for the answers at the bottom
of the page!
Here's a hint: your answers should add up to 100 percent.
