Our Murrieta office is open only Thursdays 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Keeping the office open one day a week balances the service needs of our customers with being as efficient and financially responsible as possible.
We provide several ways to make bill payments:
You can access your account 24 hours a day through our automated phone system. You can check your account balance, due date and make a payment by check or credit card. To access the automated system, call 951.571.7104 and select “option 2.” You will need your account number to access your account.
Online Bill Pay
Pay online and access your account through our Online Bill Pay
. You can check your account balance, due date and make a payment by check or credit card.
Western customers can pay their water bill automatically each month using Direct Pay. Direct Pay is a free service that allows you to have your monthly water bill paid automatically from your bank account or charged to your credit card.
Remote Bill Pay Centers
You can also conveniently pay your bill with cash or check at the following locations in Murrieta.
