Payment OptionsWestern customers can pay their water bill automatically each month using Direct Pay. Direct Pay is a free service that allows you to have your monthly water bill paid automatically from your bank account or charged to your credit card.
With Direct Pay, you’ll continue to receive a billing statement for your records. This billing statement will arrive at the normal billing time, showing the date and amount that will be deducted from your bank account or charged to your credit card on the bill’s due date. Your payment will be clearly itemized on your monthly statement from your financial institution.
To sign up for Direct Pay, you simply need to fill out and sign an authorization form available at Western or by clicking here.
Mail or drop off the signed form, along with a voided check if using the bank account option, to Western.
We're also offering CheckFree, remote payment locations to drop off your water bill.
