NOTICE INVITING BIDS

CONSTRUCTION OF
HISTORIC MURRIETA SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

Prospective Bidders are hereby notified that Western will receive sealed Bid Proposals for the Construction of Historic Murrieta Sewer Improvement Project.

The work includes construction of approximately 8,490± linear feet of 8" gravity sewer and appurtenances, in accordance with these specifications and drawings. Engineer's estimate is
$2,238,442.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and a site tour will.beheld on June 30, 2008 at 1:00 PM. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend and meet at the ·Western Municipal Water District
Murrieta Division Office located at 42290 Ivy Street, Murrieta.

Proposals will be received at Western's office, at 450 E. Alessandro Boulevard, Riverside, until 2:00 PM July 10, 2008 at which time said Bids shall be publicly opened and read.
