For your convenience, Western's Development Services Counter Hours are from 8:00am to 12:00pm, Monday-Friday.

For help with Water Availability letters, fire flow requests, utility requests or any general requests, click on the Customer Service Request form below and submit your completed form to Development Services for processing.

Development Services can provide assistance with the following:

• New Service Installations covers items such as installation of service connections, special hazards, pressure and abandonment of agricultural service.
• Pipeline Extensions addresses the needs of developers to extend a water main in order to obtain service.
• Annexations & Detachments provides details to annexing and/or detaching from the service area of Western Municipal Water District and the rules and regulations governing these issues.
